  • Redeemable on Cleaning Services Only: Sole Stars can be redeemed exclusively against our Shoe Cleaning Services (Discount redemption is not applicable for standalone retail products or accessories).
  • Delivery & Pick-Up Policy:Standard Orders: Enjoy free Pick-Up & Delivery within our designated service limits on regular paid orders.100% Star Redemption Clause: If your service bill is settled completely (100%) using Stars (Net Payable Amount = LKR 0), a flat delivery fee of LKR 750 applies to cover logistics.
  • Account Policy: Sole Stars are digital rewards, non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.
