Shipping & Delivery Policy – Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd.

1. Delivery Zones & Pricing
• Within 15 KM: Free pickup and delivery service.
• 15 KM to 20 KM: A delivery fee of LKR 1,500 applies per order.
• Beyond 20 KM: Pickup and delivery services will be facilitated via third-party courier services and are subject to applicable courier rates and charges.

2. Re-Attempt Pickup & Delivery Fee
• A re-attempt fee of LKR 750 per additional trip applies when a confirmed pickup or delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or lack of response.

3. Delivery Timelines & External Delays
• Turnaround and delivery times are estimates only and are not binding commitments. Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services or uncontrollable weather conditions.

4. Uncollected Items & Storage Policy
• Completion Notification: Customers will be notified via WhatsApp when items are ready.
• 14-Day Free Storage: Items must be collected or delivered within 14 days. Storage charges apply after 14 days.
• Abandoned Items (30 Days): Items remaining uncollected after 30 days following final notification will be considered abandoned and may be removed, donated, or disposed of without further liability.
