Terms of Service – Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd.

By purchasing products or utilizing services from Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd., you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Limitations & Material Risks
• Pre-Existing Conditions: Footwear exhibiting glue failure, material cracking, or color fading may experience further aggravation during cleaning. Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd. bears no liability for pre-existing defects.
• Outcome Disclaimer: 100% stain removal, yellowing correction, or restoration is not guaranteed. Results vary based on material type, age, and stain severity.
• High-Risk Materials: Services applied to Suede, Nubuck, Genuine/Synthetic Leather, or Mesh fabrics are performed strictly at the customer's risk.

2. Customer Responsibilities
• Footwear Inspection: Customers must inspect shoes and declare high-value items prior to submission.
• Personal Belongings: Remove all accessories, laces, insoles, or items left inside shoes. Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd. is not responsible for lost personal items.

3. Payment Terms
• Full payment is required before or upon delivery. Items will be withheld until full settlement is completed.

4. Marketing Use
• Shoe Laundry (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to capture and publish before/after images for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly opts out at submission.

5. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka.
